This detached cottage has a ground floor and an upper floor, and a pleasant, spacious private garden with no vis-à-vis. 

The cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a balcony, and is ideal for a couple with or without children. The shower room is in the master bedroom. There is a separate toilet.

As an extension of the garden and its shady terrace, the kitchen opens into the living room and is fully equipped and brand new, the interior of the house having been renovated this year.

The terrace is covered by a Virginia creeper plant providing shade and coolness on hot summer days. 
A spring flows through the garden all year round, producing a pleasant and relaxing sound.

The house is located in a quiet area of La Garde-Freinet, just a short walk from the village centre, where you will find many restaurants, shops and art galleries.
The Provencale market is twice a week and the large swimming pool is also within walking distance from the house.

Private parking in the enclosed garden. The beautiful beaches of Saint-Tropez are a twenty-minute drive away.
