Set in a quiet wooded area, offering total privacy and located 900 meters from the village, this villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a full bathroom, and a fireplace. The other four bedrooms have queen-size beds. There is air-conditioning (cool and warm air) in all rooms of the house and another fireplace in the living room.
Comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and a large pool with sun terraces, as well as the pool house. Additionally, there is a table tennis table available.
There are plenty of activities in the area, such as golfing, jet skiing, water parks, sailing, etc. The region is also great for cycling, with lovely hike and bike trails throughout the countryside. The villa is south-facing, making it a delightful retreat for your holiday with the Mediterranean lifestyle on the Côte d'Azur. 
Ample parking is available on the property and free parking in the village.
The villa is located 900 meters from the village centre with restaurants, bakeries, shops, and art galleries. The local Provençal market takes place twice a week.
